Hello, I have WSUS on Win2016, where it is enabled to download the product from "Microsoft 365 Apps/Office 2019/Office LTSC" with the classification of "Critical Updates/Security Updates/Upgrades" with this data added, in the automatic synchronizations of download is not showing hot-fix for clients with Office 365 client, can you help me by indicating if it is possible to update the local WSUS service so that it can download updates for Office 365 for AD client stations.

    Hi,

Sadly, Office365 can't be managed via WSUS, we are confined to using cloud-updates. We need to configure Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, for details, please view below official article.

Contents of the Microsoft 365 Apps client update package for WSUS

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/manage-microsoft-365-apps-updates-configuration-manager#contents-of-the-microsoft-365-apps-client-update-package-for-wsus

Quote: The update package that Microsoft publishes to WSUS only appears in the WSUS catalog. It doesn't contain a copy of the updated version of Office that's on the Office CDN. Instead, it contains information that Configuration Manager needs to be able to download and distribute the updated version of Office.
