    Hi @Nav Mukkasa ,

    As far as I know, if you use e-mail as delivery in data driven subscription, there is no such a functionality temporaraily.

    However, if you use Windows File Share, you may try with below.

    1. Click on New Data driven subscription button
    2. Select Windows File Share.
    3. Edit dataset and enter the query select 'Myreport' + ' ' +convert(varchar(10), Getdate(), 112) as FileName , 'C:\Monthly Reports\Shared Reports folder' as Path
    4. Set Delivery options (Windows File Share) 171196-image.png

    And then you may e-mail the file to the users you want.
