SxSStackListenerCheck - Failed

My Azure Virtual Desktops suddenly stopped all remote connections.

I have the latest RDAgent 1.0.4009.1500 installed.

After a lot of digging around, I uninstalled all SxSStack components and re-installed them. I notice that if I installed the latest SxSStack version SxSStack-1.0.2201.04110, the remote conections fail and I get an error on the Azure portal SxSStackListenerCheck - Failed.

Installing SxSStack-1.0.2111.15400 resolves the issue temporarily until, host automatically upgrades to the latest version of SxSStack.

Can I disable automatic upgrade of SxSStack? and why is this happening?

Thanks

    @Support Meer

    Thanks for reaching out on Microsoft Q&A Platform.

    Firstly, apologies for the delay in responding here and any inconvenience this issue may have caused.
    It isn't support to disable the auto-update of SxS stack.

    Based on your issue description, this is not an expected behavior. This issue needs deeper investigation. Support team will be able to check and help on this. I would recommend you to open a azure support case.
