Hello!
I've already read about the command:
pnputil -i -a C:\Drivers\LAN\filename.inf
I cannot find the .inf file
Intel provides only an .exe: Wired_driver_26.8_x64.exe
This is the instruction from the Intel Website:
Plug and Play Update
After you extract the files from the archive using the /e parameter, you can use them to do a plug and play update or install.
Start Windows Device Manager
Right click on the NIC you want to update and select Update Driver.
Follow the directions in the Hardware Update Wizard to select the drivers you extracted.
It would be quite easier, if I had the device manager. But I only have a command line available.
I'm grateful for any advice
Glad to hear, you're welcome.

Sorry, we wouldn't have that information. I'd try asking here.
