Please I need your help.

Teams do not take the password and are not syncing with Microsoft exchange email addresses.

    Hi @IBN ,

    Teams do not take the password and are not syncing with Microsoft exchange email addresses.

    If possible, could you remove all private information and then share a screenshot of the issue so that we can understand better about your situation?
    Does this occur when a particular user tries to log on to Teams desktop client? Has the user just changed his password?

    Please try and see if the user can login in to Teams web client(https://teams.microsoft.com) successfully.

    Besides, for teams desktop client, it's suggested to clear the client cache using the steps below and see how it goes:

    1. Sign out and then quit the Teams desktop client.
    2. Navigate to C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams
      (Note: The AppData folder may be hidden, in this case, please go to View on the ribbon, then tick the "Show Hidden folders" box.)
    3. Delete all the content from this folder.
    4. Restart Microsoft Teams.
