I had a test AAD that I messed up, so I wanted to start again from scratch, unfortunately, now I can't seem to access the domain in any way with any of my email accounts, so raising a ticket from the domain is impossible.
I have tried to recreate a new AAD but all my emails suggest they are still attached to the old AAD.
How can I raise a ticket with the Azure Team, anyone know?

@James Hamil , I was in the process of deleting the tenant and part of that was to remove the Subscription, I foolishly didn't take a note of it before deleting it.
I can't log in to the AAD, no. I can't access portal.azure.com with any of my email accounts anymore. Hence why I need to get a way to contact the support team directly.
