Error VSP1388: Error 'The device is not ready. ' while writing log file on execution of vsperfcmd/shutdown

Question

Hi,
I am using Microsoft ® VSPerf Command Version 16.0.30008 x64 for generating code coverage of selenium automated test for many different Web application. I follow below steps
1)instrument assemblies with VSINSTR
2)VSPERFCMD /start:coverage /output:codecoverage.coverage /CS /USER:NetworkService
3)Run automated Tests
4)VSPERFCMD /Shutdown

Above steps works fine most of the time but I get VSP1388: Error at times. Would you help me overcome error?
