Windows 11 installing twice?

Just recently my laptop decided to do some updates, including "Upgrade to Windows 11," but a few months ago I had already upgraded to windows 11 already and now it's basically automatically trying to download and install windows 11 again on my laptop when I am currently already using windows 11 on my laptop. Also, for some reason whenever it reaches 100% on the installation to upgrade to windows 11 again, it says it has failed. Also, because of this, I cannot install the " 2022-01 Cumulative Update for Windows 11" or any other new updates for my laptop. Does anyone know what I should do to fix this or delete this second and same upgrade to Windows 11?
