Azure Free Trail account is not accessible

Hi,
I have created free Azure trail account and everything went well provided the credit card details and receive message from Microsoft that your account is created.
When I tried to login and create new resource some tenant issue was occurred. So, I again tried to register with same email address and since than not able to create new resource.
On Azure dashboard it is saying create free account.

Can some body help me with this issue Please.
