Error: SQL Server Reporting Service not send the subcriptions

When sending the subscription to the respective email, the result shows "Failure sending mail: One or more errors occurred.Mail will not be resent." before the subscriptions were being sent normally but from one moment to another they stopped being sent and only that appears.

Hi @Carlos Marin ,
There are many reasons for this error(such as timeout, sql server agent is not enabled,etc).
If you are using 2017 and later versions, you could view specific information in the error log in the following path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services\SSRS\LogFiles.
