Passing checkbox values to another page in vb. Net

Hi All,
I am having one checkbox in a page in vb.net, when I click that checkbox 10 more checkboxes will get populated from a database. Now, my requirement is, if I click on any of the checkboxes, it's value /values should display in another page .
Everything is in vb.net. Kindly help me with this. Your help would be highly appreciated.

2022-02-05T22:53:34.423+00:00 It's an Insurance Project wherein I need to choose any deductible for a property from a checkbox list. And when we complete everything those checked values should appear in another page( forms page that gives entire details of building after completing quote)
I tried debugging the code to find where the checkboxes values are coming from (from stored procedure)I am not getting how to loop through these checkbox list that's coming from database.
The checkbox list is holding an id and it also has label control and text control with classes and ID's respectively.
