Hi all,

I just bought a new computer: Medio erazer beast X25, with an AMD processor (Ryzen 7 5800H)
(My first AMD processor, I use to only work with intel)

I'm a software dev. I just installed VS2022 on a fresh Win11 OS
Now, I want to work with my Xamarin project.
I just created a new blank project in order to run the android emulator...

It aloways asked my to turn on Hyper-V, but Hyper V is already turned on.

I followed the instruction given in this topic : android-emulator-not-launching-on-windows-11.html

and it says "In SDK tools, install Android Emulator Hypervisor Driver for AMD Processors (installer)"

but still no success

Does any one have any clue to solve my problem.. (I'm seriously thinking of going back to Windows 10)

Sometimes you will have to check the UEFI or BIOS and make sure Virtualization technology is enable.
I also advise you to report this issue in the Visual Studio portal, take a look at:
