Windows 11 VPN: cannot access network share

Situation: Windows 11 VPN Client, VPN Server is Windows Server 2022 (RRAS), Network share (Windows Server 2022).

A VPN Client connects without a problem to a VPN Server (SSTP, Certificate login to company domain). I can ping entire network and I can use RDP.

However, I can't connect to a network share (SMB protocol problem). Everything works without a problem on Windows 10 (same VPN server, same network share).
The same exact VPN client settings are on Windows 10. In fact a rasphone.pbk was migrated to Windows 11.

First, we can see the Wireshark window for Windows 11:

Then, we can see the Wireshark window for Windows 10 (same VPN server, same network share):

Everything works well on Windows 10.

If we compare to windows, we can see, that on Windows 11, client has a dialog with server, but it does not ask for NTLMSSP_NEGOTIATE.

I really don't know where is the problem. Firewall is not a problem!!!

I know for the 2505 Event Error on Windows 11. I tried to disable NetBios over TCP/IP. The error was not present anymore, but this didn't solve the problem.

Thank you for your help!
