Hi,

I can not edit my certification profile. When I change my address and mobile number after pushing the save button I receive this message repeatedly:

50040: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.

I appreciate you informing me in this regard how can I update my certification profile without receiving an error.
