Teams Essentials for business - Error in payment method confirmation

Hello,

I have been trying to upgrade my teams account to Premium version Teams Essentials for scheduling meetings more than 2 hours. But it is throwing up the error message "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable" while trying to confirm payment method and not able to proceed further. Please advise.!
