W212R2 Server Need to recreate the Healtly (recovery partition) (8mb) same disk as C:\

On W2k12R2 Server I had to delete the Healthly (recovery partition) (8mb) as it was on the same disk as the C:\, but after the C:.

Need to recreate it now.

    a) How come the recovery partition was deleted?

    b) What steps had been made before the deletion?

    c) How was the recovery partition deleted?

    d) What steps were made after the deletion?

    e) How come it needs to be recreated now?

    1) Post images or share links of disk management using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    a) widen these columns: Volume and Status > make sure that no characters are cut off
    b) widen these rows: Disk 0, Disk 1, etc., > make sure that no characters are cut off

    2) Download and install: Minitool partition wizard (free version)

    Click launch > post images or share links using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    3) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    sfc /scannow
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    chkdsk /scan

    4) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    reagentc /info
    bcdedit /enum all

    The recovery partition was a local copy of WinRE on hard disk. If you happen to have the 2012 R2 installation media you can start WinRE from it.
