In Azure, there is provision to generate video thumnails. I am not able to find REST API for the same.
Problem - Input Video will be provided by user.
Objective - Need to generate summarize video from given video.
Please help

Thanks for the question. Can you please give us more details about what you mean by "summarization"? Are you wanting to create a thumbnail from your video? Also, are you currently using Azure aMedia Services v2 or v3 ?

Yes we want to create thumbnail [short video] from original video.
Currently we are not using Azure Media Service, but planning to use it.
Is this functionality available as service, if yes please provide the details
I dont recommend using the raw REST API directly. Use one of the various language client SDKS for Media Services that are supported. They call the REST API and have all the retry logic built in already.
There are lots of samples in code on Git Hub that you can explore. Most of the encoding samples include JPG thumbnail output examples.
