For any of my Xamarin Forms Android applications, Android Device Manager does no more open and when applications deploy they show 0 succeeded, 0 failed, 1 skipped ???
The line before deploy shows : Build: 2 succeeded, ...

Hello jmdess, I noticed that you deleted and reinstalled some components in Visual Studio and Android Device Manager could open correctly, so is your issue solved?

The 2 problems restart, as described above.
Finally i uninstalled and reinstalled the Mobile Development in VStudio and for now, after a few projects built and run, all seem OK with Xamarin.Forms.Android dev.
