    So I've helped Natalie offline with this.

    The primary issue is around provisioning a tenant, managing users and licenses for someone who has no experience with this, so they can utilise Minecraft Education Edition with their clients in a secure and safe way. The instructions can be found here https://education.minecraft.net/en-us/get-started/it-admins, though I appreciate the overwhelming nature of cloud administration to someone who doesn't work in this area.

    I am trying to use Minecraft Education Edition, When logging in with Microsoft account this comes up:
    "The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account."
    I have created an account with Azure (although I don't know if I needed to)
    In order to get help from there I need to show a "membership number" to submit a support request. I cannot see what anywhere.
    I have tried to follow previous steps from the community on this topic but I'm finding too overwhelming.
    I don't have time to spend a whole day going round in circles. if anyone can help explain what I need to do that would be so helpful!
