I suspect this might be because your starting point is inside a private gated location. The route might not know if you can cross through the gate or not and thus is failing.

Apparently there are currently works in progress on a large part of the N47.
Nevertheless, all companies in this street would still remain accessible for cars and trucks.
I think this is hard to deal with?
