Automated Story pointing

Currently, teams spend hours story pointing just to put a single value in the Story Points field. Is there a way to automate story pointing in ADO? If there is a way to collect everyone's vote without having to meet for hours, and have that vote automatically entered into the Story Points field, it would save countless hours. Does anyone have a more efficient process?
