BugCheck Reboots - Server 2019

Here is an image of the DMP file from the last bug check reboot. This is happening on two servers running Server 2019 DataCenter in a VMware environment. It's been on going for a while now but happens about once a week. I can't pinpoint what's causing it. Can someone help by taking a look at the DMP?

    Check the System Log in Event Viewer for additional error messages.If a driver is listed by name within the bug check message, disable or remove that driver.
