I successfully replicated a VM through Site recovery on azure and then deleted the reources associated with replication.

I tried the same activity on the same machine and now I am getting this error.

Error ID
151082
Error Message
Site recovery installation failed.
Possible causes
Site recovery extension does not support the Linux operating system kernel version running on the source machine.
Recommendation
Ensure that the VM is running a supported Linux Operating system. Refer to https://aka.ms/a2a-os-support-matrix

Azure Site Recovery
Azure Site Recovery

5.4.0-1068 doesn't seem to be a supported version per the version guide - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/azure-to-azure-support-matrix#supported-ubuntu-kernel-versions-for-azure-virtual-machines

As far your question "The confusion that I have is that it worked on Friday when I did the same activity on the same machine.
    Why this error now
    ?"

It may or may not work. The reason why we don't have that version under supported version is due to some issues during testing face.
