MS Office 2019 Click-to-Run causing issues

I have MS Office 2019 and Quickbooks Premier 2021. The Excel integration between the two is not working. Intuit indicated it was due to the Click-to-run installed of MS Office. I need a way to convert Click-to-run to normal install so it can work.
