Service Manager Authoring tool installation on local machine

Hi,

I am trying to figure out if we can install and use Service Manager Authoring tool on a local machine. Does anyone have an idea if this is possible or not? If not, why? Any information will be highly appreciated.

System Requirements:
Supported Operating System
Windows 10, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019

1.Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 redistributable before deploying Service Manager Authoring Tool 2019
2.Install VS 2015 Isoshell
3.Install VS 2015 Update 3 patch.
4.Go to Microsoft Update and install the security patches issued for VS 2015 Update3
5.Download the self-extracing package for Service Manager Authoring Tool 2019 and save it locally
6.Double-click the executable to extract the content
7.Execute the "Setup.exe" in the extracted content, and follow the instructions of setup wizard
