"lic.exe" returns -1 but why ? / "lic.exe" liefert -1 aber warum ?

Hello,

I need your swarm intelligence again.
"lic.exe" returns -1 but why ?
I don't have any foreign controls in use.
The "licenses.lic" is not generated. Also an empty "licenses.lic" did not help.
All references exist, and are "standard" net libraries.
Unfortunately all tips refer to deleting the "licenses.lic", but there is none :( face-sad
Does anyone have any ideas ?

ich brauche mal wieder Eure Schwarmintelligenz.
"lic.exe" liefert -1 aber warum ?
Ich habe keine Fremd-Controls im Einsatz.
Die "licenses.lic" wird nicht erzeugt. Auch eine leere "licenses.lic" hat nicht geholfen.
Alle Verweise existieren, und sind "Standard"-Net-Bibliotheken.
Leider beziehen sich alle Tipps auf das Löschen der "licenses.lic", aber es gibt ja keine :( face-sad
Hat jemand Ideen ?
