Move a Virtual Machine

Hi All

i have two subscriptions, I have provisioned a VM in subscription01, and later I was told that it should be in subscription 02. How can i move the VM from subscription01 to subscription02. experts guide me.

    using the Azure Resource Mover in the Azure Portal could be an option as well:

    Refer to this document that talks about what you need to do to move resources from one subscription to another. Specifically for VMs also read this document for information on restrictions for moving some VMs.

    if i shutdown the Virtual Machine, detach the primary partition from the VM, Delete the VM, Move the primary partition to other subscription and then create a Virtual Machine with the same name. will this work?
