Where can I learn Store Procedure, and how can I start to used it?

Hi Community,

I have started managing SQL server for my company, I have done a few scripting, however, when it comes to Store Procedure. I have understand nothing about it.

Would anyone kindly help advise me where can I find a good information on it and whether I can start using it?

You can start from MS document Stored Procedures (Database Engine), it shares you the information about what is SQL stored procedures, benefits of using it , how to create, modify, execute it, etc;

Or you can get some resources from Google search. You will find some useful third part blogs. Such as below one.
