At present, there is no API available to get team's meeting transcription with Microsoft Graph. In addition to above team's feedback link, I would also advise you to submit a feature request idea using this graph developer support link, which will be monitored by Microsoft team and make the enhancements to Microsoft Graph APIs. I will also upvote for you.

However, very limited call transcription details can be fetched with get system messages for Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Graph exposes system messages as part of chatMessage GET operations. Currently callId, callTranscriptICalUid and meetingOrganizer are the only properties which are available to be fetched as mentioned in this documentation.
