Hi Team,

Office 365 E3 license. Outlook version: Microsoft 365 MSO (16.0.14326.20706) 64 bit.

End user receive a meeting invitation, he accepted it with the option "Do not send a response", then in the meeting tracking list, his response is "None".

We found it seems by design till 2018.

Now he would like to update the tracking list response, he had tried to send the accept with other option again (Edit the response before sending & Send the response now), however it is still "None" after hours.

It there a way to do this?

    Hi @Panda666 ,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum and posting your question here.

According to my test, When the user finds the organizer-initiated meeting in his calendar, click accept and choose Edit the response before sending.

Then, a new response request will be sent.

And when I re-open the tracking list, it diaplays "Accept", so it is recommended that you press F9 or click the ribbon in the following screenshot to update.
