The AppData folder contains the roaming folder and a local folder that contains app-related information, settings, and data about your roaming Microsoft account, as well as local information.
If AppData folder is consuming a lot of hard disk space then it could be due to some of the files related to certain application installed on your computer that you might not know about. You can browse around a bit and find out which one is in the folder. If any filename looks like or is related to any application that you don't use or require on your computer, you can go ahead and uninstall the application from Control Panel.

Ukm, it has 2 files. The first file stores all of my computer information such as configurations and applications that I install. The second file stores all my chrome passwords like gmail, Microsoft... I found it by accident as a text file in Appdata.
I'm not sure but a few days ago I downloaded a zip file to install the zoom application.
