Automate application deployment

youssef oussaid 1 Reputation point

Hi, we have a SCCM version 2010 environment and following a client security requirement we removed admin rights for 50 users on their PC's, today I have an issue as users need to install an agent every day and it is painful and time-consuming if we started to assign temp admin rights for users,

does anyone have an idea on how to automate this app deployment on the PC's please note that the agent is an MSI installer and it is generated by the project.

Or is there a way to automate admin rights assignments ?

Thank you

    Hi, @youssef oussaid

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

We may create package to deploy the application and we can New a assignment schedule and click the Schedule, configure the recurrence schedule to 1 days, and the rerun behavior should be always rerun program, like this:

Thank you so much @AllenLiu-MSFT for your answer, but I don't think this will be much helpful because the app is updated on a daily basis and the package needs to be updated as well
do you have an idea on how it is done with sccm ?
