SHA-1 generated through ADO file repo does not match the SHA-1 generated through checksum algorithim

Question

I am hoping this is a simple solution but I am trying to remove the manual process of verifying the file integrity of builds uploaded to our repo. I am currently generating the SHA hash from ADO and comparing it to the SHA generated from the checksum algorithm. I am using a simple Text.txt file to test it out However when comparing the two hash files they are not the same and I do not know why!
