Hi,
We have issue with out Cluster DAG Exchange 2019, randomly, the node is lock and OWA and client outlook cannot connect.
The server is lock, no RDP and KVM connection (reset force) then the service be back ok.
We see this error
The schannel no problem, but if think the issue is with WAS ID 5011. MSExchangeRpcProxyAppPool, MsExchangeOABAppPool,MSExchangeMapiMailboxAppPool, etc...
S.O Windows 2019 and exchange version is 2019 C11 U3 .
I see this web: https://www.exchangeitup.net/2017/02/exchange-2016-100-cpu-and-event-id-5011.html, but we haven´t Exchange Web Services Managed API 2.2.
Any idea?

Event 5011 means the Exchange application pools crashed.
The possible cause may be the server was having some performance issues at that time, like high CPU usage.
Do you have some third-party software running on the Exchange server? For example, anti-malware or backup software.
Please have a check if they or other processes are consuming resource when the issue occurs.
Also, can you find some Event 15004-15007 in the event viewer>application log of the Exchange server?
Hello, I think that all right. We remove the Microsoft Web Platform Installer 5.1 on both nodes and I think that fix it.

Don't have any Event 15004-15007.
We use Cytomic Antivirus and Veeam backup as third-party software, but I can't see if this software is the problem, because then the issue start, the node is all locked and I cannot login for review it.

Hi,
Since you cannot login the node, I suppose other service besides Exchange related service are also crashing on the node.
I would recommend using tools like Performance Monitor or Process Explorer to log the history resource usage on the server, to check which process may be causing problems.
While since this topic is more related to Windows server, sorry I am not very familiar with it.
If you have questions on it, please consider posting with the windows-server related tags to get better support.

Hi! How have you resolved your problem? We`ve met with the same problem (Exchange 2019 CU14). And we suspect that backup software are to blame.
