Giving access to everyone and some external users

Hello,

We would like to give access to everyone in the company on SP Online but also some external users. When I use "Everyone except external users" and enable external access for that site, external users can't access to the site on SP Online. How can we achieve this?

@Dee Akil , "Everyone except external users" group captures all internal users only, not including external users. So, if you want external users to access the site, you also need to share the site with the external users, like the below:
