It looks like the issue is caused by the VPN, does the same issue occur when the VPN is not connected? And do other sites have the same problem?
You can try two solutions and check if they work:
Clear browser data in Edge
- Navigate to
edge://settings/clearBrowserData
. - Select the appropriate time period and confirm clear.
- Navigate to
Change the DNS settings.
- In the search box on the taskbar, type
control panel
and then selectControl Panel
. - Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center: Click on Change adapter settings.
- Right-Click then connect and select
properties
. - Change the TCP/IPv4 settings.
- For primary DNS Use
8.8.8.8
. - Open search box and type
cmd
, it will open command prompt. - Then Right click on command prompt and
Run as Administrator
. - Copy and paste
ipconfig /flushdns
on the command prompt.
- In the search box on the taskbar, type
