Having a problem with remote assistance to any of the computers on the same network. All pcs are domain joined and there is a computer GPO to Offer Remote Assistance with CORP\Domain Users added to the Allow helpers to remotely control the computer.

Any attempt to offer remote assistance to any computer on the network results in an error "Your offer to help could not be sent"

The packet shown below is the response from the system we are trying to offer assistance.

I did see this post and I don't have any conflicting GPOs
microsoft-remote-assistance-dcom-troubleshooting

On the client attempting to offer assistance we have an error with event id 10006
DCOM got error "2147746132" from the computer HELPING-HANGS when attempting to activate the server:
{833E4010-AFF7-4AC3-AAC2-9F24C1457BCA}

Our problem seems very similar to -> remote-assistance-fails-with-dcom-error

    Hi there,

    Try running the Windows Remote Assistance as administrator.

    Click Start, type Remote Assistance in the Search box, right-click on Windows Remote Assistance and choose Run as administrator.

    If this doesn't help you then Open Local Group Policy Editor via the command gpedit.msc on the PC which you offer remote assistance. Navigate to Computer Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ System \ Remote Assistance.

    -Double click Solicited Remote Assistance and choose the Enable option, choose to Allow helps to remotely control the computer.

    Here is a thread as well that discusses the same issue and you can try out some troubleshooting steps from this and see if that helps you to sort the Issue.
