We have a master Sales Action Plan in SharePoint where our sales reps populate intel that is critical to the evolution of their opportunities. Many elements of this document also convey to other documents related to solution engineering and other support functions. My question is, can we link entries to other documents from the Sales Action Plan, with an automatic mapping as they are initially populated?

Personal point of view: All these forums should have being marge into one place for sharepoint. This approach of many sub-forum split the power of the supporters and create multiple dead forums instead of one active discussion place for the same topic with the same audience with the same experts
