computer specs are as fallows
Motherboar: Gigabyte Aorus Elite X570
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor /
Ram: 32GB G-skill rip-jaws F4-3600C16-16GVKC /
PSU : Corsair -RM1000X 80 Plus Gold Fully modular
GPU: Red Devil 6600XT / Asus ROG Strix 580

to keep story short i have done everything but replace Motherboard. i have try windows sleep setting update all drivers etc , have replaced 4 different different RAM brands , 3 different CPU;s 2000's series , 3000's series. i have upgraded power supply to 1000 watt from 850.
i been reading it could of been CPU but i did a stress test on prime 95 for 9 hours and had no errors.

One thing i know for a fact it will only crash while machine on idle it will not do it under load , thats confusing. Makes sense on CPU stress test on 9 hours i did not get a single error. also did memtest and nothing.

is any body having a similar issue machine will only reboot/crash on idle ? Like i said before the only part i have not replace is motherboard. I need to figured this out and stop throwing money like crazy. please help.

    Hi there,

As it seems that you have replaced most of the hardware try an in-place update or clean install of the PC and if this BSOD is due to a corrupted windows directory then thi9s will do the trick. Even after the clean install if you face these issues it is better to take this which the OEM of the PC or the Motherboard.

i have try a clean install. I have done both Windows 10 and 11 on 5 different drives 2 1TB Samsung NVME and 3 500 GB Samsung SSD. Last clean install was Windows 11, thats what im running now.
Install went smooth no problems, as soon as the install was done no drivers no 3rd party apps anything clean it started doing again and again. Not sure how i will explain to Gigabyte that their Motherboard is the last part i need to swap to troubleshoot a crashing PC lol.

    Hello,

I've been struggling with this problem for quite some time. I'm using AMD PBO, reboots and the subsequent error in the log were sporadic, system crashes happened many times completely unpredictably, sometimes even under absolutely minimal load. When I was always able to simulate the situation, it was in 3D Mark, specifically the "Time Spy Extreme" benchmark - if I used the default combination of 3D GPU+CPU tests, it went to the error described here for the CPU test:

unfortunately that did not work either. with all the spare parts that i had i bought a real cheap motherboard and made a whole new system and boom same thing.
only GPU was the same on both system. I'm starting to think my GPU might be the reason ? Will be buying a real cheap GPU just to ruled that out.

ok here is an update , some interesting things happen.
I got a used super old GPU from ebay. Radeon HD 7000 series , not sure how old this thing is lol, only thing i know its last update was back on 2006.

i put the GPU on the other computer that i specifically build for testing purpose, with all the spare parts i have recently try to narrow the problem down.
to my surprise computer been on for 5 days no problems what so ever. one weird thing i did i have notice that i don't have the sleep option anywhere anymore on my power plan setting ?

so does this means i have a bad GPU on my current system ? i know it was not any of the previous components cause that computer been on without sleeping for 5 days ????
