Can not rename an Azure Enterprise App as it greyed out, What to do?

I can rename other Enterprise Apps but not this one as it is greyed out, what do I need to do so I can rename it?

    It is not possible to rename 1st Party Microsoft Applications or/ 3rd Party Applications added from the Azure AD Application Gallery with the exception of

    You are adding a 2nd Instance of a 3rd Party SaaS Application that supports Multiple Instances
