I can understand you are facing an issue with shared folders content not showing for some users.
- Please try to Disable Offline files from Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Sync Center, click on the link Manage offline files on the left. In the next dialog, click on the button Disable Offline Files.
- Remove the Maping and try to MAP using ip address of shared disk or folder.
- Go to Share Folder properties -> and click on Advanced Sharing, -> Caching, and choose "No files or programs from the shared folder are available offline".
