I am developing .NET Application using visual studio 2019. This application will be working in local region for all the domain people.
But, if any one accessing this application from other country he is getting the following error.
Some people access this application through Internet Explorer, but not able to access in Chrome or Edge.
for some people, nothing will work.
Below is the Error :
Unable to reach the site. Could not find the IP address of the "ServerXXXX" server.
Check the Connection. Check the proxy, firewall and DNS configuration.
Run the Windows Network Diagnostic tool.
All the people are in the same domain.
How it will come which some people can able to access in some browser and some not able to access in any browser...?
pls. give us the solution.

As detailed in the error this is a proxy, firewall or DNS issue. Contact your system admin for troubleshooting assistance.

Apparently, according to the error message is that the domain name is not mapped to the server IP. It is recommended that you first check if you are using a VPN or other routing and proxy tools. If not, please contact your domain administrator to make sure the DNS settings are correct and that the certificate used by the client matches the certificate bound to the application in IIS.
By the way, did you deploy application on IIS to let others access it? You said use vs2019 but didn't mentioned IIS, which make me curious. IE is a thing of the past and in the latest windows11 it is completely deprecated. You should rely on Edge's test results.

We deployed application in IIS. Most of the users can able to access at all the browsers.
very few users only having the issues. like they can able to access only IE and not able to access in Edge and Chrome.

IIS doesn't have any setting about browsers. If only few user cannot access IIS and limited in IE. The issue is more likely to be caused by Edge and Chrome itself. You'd better ask a new question with Edge tag or forward to chrome forum.

most likely your company is using a vpn and proxy server to access the web server. IE is probably configured via group policy, but crome and other browsers are not configured. You will need to talk to you network group to get the proxy setting and give the instructions to your users.
