Yesterday I installed Windows Server 2022 as an iso file. The edition is Datacenter. After installation, a screen similar to Windows 10 should appear, but only SConfig is executed with cmd on a black screen. Even if you run the command to not automatically run SConfig, cmd runs in PowerShell mode when you turn on the power. Currently, there are only cmd, PowerShell, Notepad, and registry available functions, and the browser and various programs are not available, so it is very frustrating.![172494-20220209-145904.jpg][1] [1]: /api/attachments/172494-20220209-145904.jpg?platform=QnA

Hi there,
If you have made the installation properly then you can try entering the safe mode and see if that helps you. Safe mode starts Windows in a basic state, using a limited set of files and drivers. If a problem doesn't happen in safe mode, this means that default settings and basic device drivers aren't causing the issue.
Start your PC in safe mode in Windows

If safe mode doesn't help you then you must recreate the ISO and try installing the server again.
