RBAC user unable to access resource in Custom Vision.
Errors shown:

  1. Subdomain does not map to a resource.
  2. Please check if desired resource exists in subscription.

    I managed to resolve this issue by creating Custom Subdomain Name for the resource.
    I just found out that the Custom Subdomain Name is not created when I create new resource in the Custom Vision website.
