my main domian hold the update sysvol folder and is not replicate is to all other 3 DC's
also this domian is not in the system domain volume and all other DC's are

    Not sure what is meant but a simpler solution may be to move roles off, demote, reboot, promo the problematic one again (assumes it is not tombstoned)
