Windows 11 Pro on ARM Insider Preview - How to buy/activate this version?

Question

For Apple M1 users, we use Windows 11 on ARM on parallels on our machines.

We want to purchase the licenses to activate this particular version of Windows (Windows 11 Pro on ARM Insider Preview) as we intend to switch from evaluation to full use of this Windows on our Mac.

How can we buy/activate this particular evaluation copy?

We tried to click on "Get a new license in the MS Store app" from System>Activation, but than nothing happened except the "open store" button is not responsive at all.

Any advice will be great.

For consultation on licensing models, it would be recommended to contact a Trusted Microsoft Partner to advice in the deployment:

On the other hand, since you are using Parallels software for this environment, it will be also recommended to consult with this software provider regarding the ideal activation process, compatibility and licensing of machines with Microsoft.
