Unable to Insert Document/PDF/PPT from Whiteboard Web and from Whiteboard in Teams.But works with windows app

Hi,

We are rolling out MS whiteboard(WB) for a new tenant. We have strange behavior where when we click on insert document from WB web or WB in teams, the popup opens up and able to select pdf/ppt from within onedrive. But unable to insert it and gets a message "Unable to insert the selected document please try again later"

Following are tenant settings:

• WB is enabled for all users in tenant
• ODB is not opted in as it is yet to be rolled out for WIN 10 devices
• This feature works within windows app, facing this issue only in WB web and WB in teams.

Is this specific to any other settings? I have already tried clearing teams cache in appdata folder, rebooting, doesnt help.
I suspect it is bug within WB or it is a network issue. If so, any specific URL we need to whitelisted and allowed in proxy?

Looking forward for some clues here.
