How to install 2nd SUP

Question

Hi, I need to install new SUP server using same DB and custom port.

When I try to run

"%ProgramFiles%\Update Services\Tools\wsusutil.exe" postinstall SQL_INSTANCE_NAME=SQLServer\Instance CONTENT_DIR=X:\WSUS

I get no server found, I try following
"%ProgramFiles%\Update Services\Tools\wsusutil.exe" postinstall SQL_INSTANCE_NAME=SQLServer\Instance, [Port Number] CONTENT_DIR=X:\WSUS

I get Server is in single user mode.

What is best way to install additional SUP?

1. Do I need to stop Wsus service on old server?
2. Do I need to put SQL into single mode User?

No, we do not.

As mentioned, it shows multi-user, is it same as the following screenshot:

I get Server is in single user mode.

Could we show the detail information about sing user mode? where we see this mode, if possible, please show the screenshot.

Have you tried no space after the comma for the portnumber?
