Windows 10 : Visual Studio Community 2015 Installation Failing - Package failed

I am not able to install VS Community 2015. Its failing consistently with the error shown in the image(jpg)

I verified the sha1 of the iso and the one in the site (Visual Studio Community 2015 with Update 3). They both are same.

    Repair of VS2015 did the magic and I was able to install successfully.

    Since the issue has been resolved, I'll delete all the sensitive info in the private messages. Also, I will post the answer so other users can find the solution more easily.

    Solution:
    From looking at your logs, it seems that some packages are corrupted. please find the VS2015 in the Control Panel and right click on it to repair the VS2015.
