Guys,

Within my Organization , Several users are facing a issue.

Windows10 Right Click Context Menu hangs a lot.

Hovering mouse on a file & when we Right Click....system hangs of its own for quite some time.

It takes almost 15 sec. for Right Click menu to come up.

Also, I noticed that clicking on File Explorer hangs for about 10-15 seconds.

This is really a pain. This is happening with Windows 10 across different versions.

Kindly Suggest.

Thanks

Deepak

Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates.
Try update your graphic card driver.
Try perform a Clean Boot and see if the problem persist?

    Hi there,

If your organization is using any third-party shell extension this might occur. You can try disabling them and see if that helps you. Also, make sure that all the updates have been downloaded.

System file check is a utility built into the Operating System that will check for system file corruption. The sfc /scannow command (System File Check) scans the integrity of all protected operating system files and replaces incorrect, corrupted, changed, or damaged versions with the correct versions where possible.

-Press Windows key and X at the same time.
-Choose Command Prompt (Admin) from the context menu.
-In the command prompt, type sfc /scannow and hit Enter.
    -Exit command prompt.
-Restart the PC and see if this helps you.
